ResetShift for Life and Recovery
I work with individuals who are ready to interrupt patterns that are no longer serving them. In the life and recovery path of ResetShift, I focus on uncovering the moments you feel unsafe, identifying how those feelings shape behavior and building structure that creates real stability.
For some, this involves substances or compulsive habits. For others, it looks like inconsistency, stalled momentum or not knowing what the next chapter should be. The common thread is repetition without clarity. You intend to move forward, but your actions keep circling back.
Insight alone does not create change. We examine the gap between intention and action and expose the emotional drivers beneath both avoidance and impulsive decisions. Then I install daily structure that supports steadiness when stress rises and discipline when motivation fades.
This work strengthens your ability to pause, choose deliberately and build a life that reflects who you are becoming. Fresh starts stop feeling temporary. Consistency stops feeling forced. Stability replaces short-term relief.
The objective remains the same: reset the pattern, shift the behavior and build structure that holds.
Change becomes sustainable when ownership replaces avoidance and disciplined action replaces escape.
ResetShift for Leadership and Business
Why do I have to double check everything? Why does it feel solid one week and scattered the next? Why does it slow down when I step away? Do these questions sound familiar?
Most business problems are not effort problems. Your team is working. You are working. The issue is that the same breakdowns keep repeating. Expectations are assumed but not clearly defined. Roles overlap. Decisions stall because ownership is unclear. The numbers exist, but they are not clear enough to guide action.
Growth without structure creates confusion. Revenue without process is fragile.
Through ResetShift, I help leadership teams step back and see what is quietly not working. I look for gaps in communication, weak accountability and processes that rely too heavily on memory instead of systems. Then I simplify. I define roles. I tighten standards. I make ownership clear.
I also bring clarity to the numbers. When margins, expenses and revenue are tracked clearly, decisions become grounded instead of reactive. Your numbers stop being something you hope are right and start becoming something you use. Clear data reduces emotion. It speeds up decisions. It exposes what needs attention and what does not.
Strong businesses are built on consistent behavior under pressure. When expectations are clear and performance is measurable, fewer issues need escalation. Decisions move closer to the work. Financial visibility improves. The business feels steadier, even as it grows.
The result is operational stability. Fewer repeated conversations. Fewer preventable mistakes. Sustainable growth built on structure rather than momentum.

My Services

My Story
I got sober in 2003 and stepped into entrepreneurship soon after. I experienced financial setbacks, rebuilt from the ground up and eventually opened and sold a successful restaurant. The path was not smooth, but it shaped everything I practice today.
Along the way, I made mistakes.
The biggest mistake was this: I was not looking closely enough. My numbers were vague. I was busy, but not precise. I did not clearly understand what needed to change because I had not built the structure to see it. I made decisions on instinct and momentum instead of clear data. I avoided deeper analysis. I did not like showing my numbers to other people any more than I liked being honest about my past in recovery.
I learned that insight alone does not create change.
That lesson showed up everywhere. In recovery. In relationships. In leadership. In business. The issue was not effort. It was awareness without accountability.
Real growth began when I stopped managing outcomes and started interrupting patterns. Awareness became ownership. Ownership became structure. Structure became stability.
In recovery, that meant telling the truth when it would have been easier to hide. In business, it meant tracking my numbers consistently and making decisions based on them instead of hope. I did not enjoy starting either process. Yet, both created freedom.
That realization became ResetShift.
ResetShift is built on a simple formula: awareness plus accountability equals growth. When we identify what is actually happening, track it honestly and build structure around it, behavior changes. Decisions become clearer. Execution improves. Confidence grows because actions align with standards.
In recovery, ResetShift builds steadiness. In life, it builds direction. In business, it builds alignment and accountability.
ResetShift exists to serve the person I once was.
This work is not motivational. It is structural. It is freedom.
