Includes a 12 step integration workbook, habit and dopamine audit with a personal roadmap for sustainable change.

Routine Revolution
For people who function well but whose daily structure is not producing the results they want.
We build a morning, midday and evening framework around your actual life using a values to rules to habits system, not a generic productivity plan.
Six sessions over six weeks. Includes a Hero Mission worksheet, habit tracker and personal schedule blueprint. Text and email support throughout.
